DJ CoolStress aka RIO GARCIA IS A LEGEND! Definitely book him. I cannot say enough about this guy!! Amazing music, style, and affordable cost for our wedding in Sayulita. He was easy to work with, super professional and brought the VIBES to the party. He had everybody dancing for hours (even the old folks and kids alike). Don’t hesitate to book him, it will be an easy win for any event.

We initially chose DJ Cool Stress because the way he marketed himself. He has easy to read wedding packages and a strong social media presence so you can see the type of parties he typically works. He was very easy to work with, him being in Mexico, us being in the States. He’s organized and responsive. The timing of the music was important to me and he absolutely killed it! I highly recommend this DJ for your wedding or any event!

DJ Cool Stress from the moment we messaged him on Instagram initially,through the end of the night of our wedding was a step above the rest. Extremely professional and prompt with responses and honest with his planning and interpretation of music. He got constant compliments from not only our guests, but even the staff of our venue, who have seen countless weddings. As a black american with a puerto rican partner, we could not ask for a better DJ. He tailored the soundtrack exactly to our asking and was spot on in tailoring the night when the crowd died down a bit. He also was able to play with a violinist Beatriz. The combination of the live DJ and the violin was a once in a lifetime experience. We loved him so much we invited him to stay with us and party after the wedding. We can not recommend him anymore than what's said, especially if you are looking for an urban, hip hip, reggaeton, or all around DJ for your event, DJ Coolstress and his staff are absolutely the choice you should make.

My favourite DJ in Puerto Vallarta! Never a dull moment when DJ Cool Stress is in the house! As a lover of 90s/00s hip hop, this guy keeps me dancing all night long. Have had the pleasure of seeing him play at several bars in PV and even played our NYE house party! Highly recommend seeing him anywhere you can, you’re guaranteed to have a good night!

Amazing experience! Cool Stress DJ’d our wedding and he absolutely MADE the event. So many of our guests praised the DJ and he kept the energy going for the entire event. He had never DJ’d at our venue before, which required complicated wiring and was all outdoor and he took the effort to understand the needs and perfect the setup. DJ Cool Stress did an INCREDIBLE job DJing for our welcome party in Puerto Vallarta. We got so many compliments on the music he was playing, not to mention he was so incredibly kind to our guests and so communicative throughout the process. He took the initiative to get to know our music style, and his set clearly reflected that. He was self-sufficient when setting everything up, and before I knew it- we were grooving for the entire party!
